Mind blown over this beautiful healthy salad

Hey everyone! Just wanted to show you this amazing salad that was made. It is a gorgeous healthy dish, definitely when you have company over!


  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumbers
  • Carrots
  • Orange peppers
  • Yellow peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Blueberries
  • Radish
  • Chi Seeds
  • Dried cranberries

I personally didn’t measure anything. I “eye balled” it.

My Morning Eggs

Goodmorning everyone. What are you eating for breakfast? Are you a coffee drinker? I can’t go without!

My breakfast consisted of:

Coffee of course

2egg whites

1 whole egg

1 multigrain sandwich thin

Apple button spread on top.

If you have never heard of McCUTCHEON’S (Amish butter) I highly suggest you try it. It will change your life. It is absolutely amazing.

Healthy Easy Dinner

Brown rice, Baked Veggies, Meatballs!

Recipe for my healthy dinner. Quick & Easy

TAKE SOME ADVICE (QUICK TIP) When I get home from food shopping, I always separate my vegetables and meat into sandwich bags. This makes it more convenient when making dinner. It also helps with portion control and over cooking.

Brown rice (Earthly Grains) (1Bag)
Just Microwave!

Baked Mixed Vegetables

  • Fresh Broccoli (1 Sandwich bag)
  • Fresh Cauliflower (1 Sandwich bag)
  • Fresh Zucchini (1 Large, sliced into chips)
  • Fresh White sliced mushrooms (1/2 Sandwich bag)
  • Yellow & Orange peppers (1 Sandwich bag)
Put all ingredients above into baking dish
Pour 2 Tbsp of melted garlic butter mixed with coconut oil over veggies
Add salt and pepper if you’d like
Cover with foil & let it cook!


  • 85/15 Ground Beef
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper

Mix ingredients & pan fry over vegetable oil.

Thoughts Winter Brings to Mind

The animosity I feel for winter is enormous. My body doesn’t want to work. I turn purple, my fingers and toes turn completely white. They start tingling and then BAM, stiffness. I can’t move. My fingers have been deforming. I get a sad/angry feeling.

I’m embarrassed. People do not believe or understand until they get to see for themselves. They don’t understand why I refuse to go anywhere. Why would you want to be around someone who is miserable when they are in a cold environment? Why do you want my negative vibes? I want you to enjoy yourself.

The photo above is when I was on the treadmill. You would think it would help with my condition, but it doesn’t. I also use citrulline to help my blood flow more and it’s still happening.

I am determined to move South. My goal is to move as far away from the cold as I possible can.

Pre-Workout Review

No motivation to go sweat your ass off! Pre-workout will give you the boost of a lifetime. So, let me just ask who takes Pre-Workout? If you do which pre-workout do you take? How does it affect you during and after your workout?

I typically take C4 pre-workout, but I was running out and decided to order some from I investigated the top products, the reviews, ingredients, side effects, etc. That’s when I discovered Evlution Nutrition (EVL). It was number 2 and at a mind-blowing value. It had everything I needed in a pre-workout. It was a SHRED engine; Fat burning formula, explosive power, intense energy, maximum focus, and creatine free.

My favorite part was the truth behind the MAXIMUM FOCUS. Occasionally when I’m working out, I lose my concentration. It amazed me how my mind was solely focused on the body part that I was working out. I could feel the intense burn in the muscles that were being worked.  I would recommend trying it.

Sweat Out Your Problems!

Sweating out my problems is the ultimate feeling of relief. Since I have massive anxiety lately; I chose to go to an old school gym where there isn’t a lot of people. I love going at night because I’m not a morning person. So tonight I worked out my back. Here is one of my back workout routines.

Back Workouts

  • Lat Pulldowns ( 4 Sets of 12)
  • Rows (3 Sets of 12)
  • Bent over barbell rows (3 Sets of 12)
  • Standing T-Bar Row (3 Sets of 12)
  • Wide-Grip Seated Cable Row (3 Sets of 12)
