Hey everyone! Just wanted to show you this amazing salad that was made. It is a gorgeous healthy dish, definitely when you have company over!
Spinach Lettuce Cucumbers Carrots Orange peppers Yellow peppers Broccoli Blueberries Radish Chi Seeds Dried cranberries
I personally didn’t measure anything. I “eye balled” it.

My breakfast consisted of:
Coffee of course
1 whole egg
1 multigrain sandwich thin
Apple button spread on top.

TAKE SOME ADVICE (QUICK TIP) When I get home from food shopping, I always separate my vegetables and meat into sandwich bags. This makes it more convenient when making dinner. It also helps with portion control and over cooking.
Brown rice (Earthly Grains) (1Bag) Just ! Microwave
Baked Mixed Vegetables
Fresh Broccoli (1 Sandwich bag) Fresh Cauliflower (1 Sandwich bag) Fresh Zucchini (1 Large, sliced into chips) Fresh White sliced mushrooms (1/2 Sandwich bag) Yellow & Orange peppers (1 Sandwich bag)
Put all ingredients above into baking dish Pour 2 Tbsp of melted garlic butter mixed with coconut oil over veggies Add salt and pepper if you’d like Cover with foil & let it cook!
85/15 Ground Beef 1/2 onion chopped 2 eggs Salt & Pepper
Mix ingredients & pan fry over vegetable oil.
